BVGT Pro Subscription Terms

These subscription terms ("Terms") govern your purchase of BVGT Pro ("Subscription") within the BVGT mobile application ("App"). By subscribing, you agree to be bound by these Terms as well as Apple's App Store terms of service and Apple's auto-renewable subscription guidelines.

1. Subscription Overview

BVGT Pro is an auto-renewable in-app subscription that unlocks advanced features in the BVGT App, including:

• Unlimited Favorites (free users can only favorite one departure at a time)
• Always-On Display (screen stays active while the App is open)
• Early Access to BVGT Watch App (coming soon!)

BVGT Pro is available as both monthly and yearly subscriptions, billed through your Apple ID via the App Store.

2. Subscription Plans & Pricing

• Monthly Subscription: $1.99 (USD) per month (or equivalent local currency)
• Yearly Subscription: $19.99 (USD) per year (or equivalent local currency)
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• First payment is charged immediately upon confirmation.

All prices are shown in local currency at the time of purchase and do not include applicable taxes, which will be added as required by law.

3. Free Trial

BVGT does not offer a free trial period. Your first payment is due immediately to unlock BVGT Pro features.

4. Billing & Payment

• Charge Timing: When you confirm purchase, the payment for the current subscription period will be charged to your Apple ID account.
• Payment Method: Billing is handled by Apple; you must have a valid payment method on file with your Apple ID.
• Taxes & Fees: Any applicable local taxes (e.g., VAT, GST) will be collected where required. Final price is determined at App Store checkout.

5. Auto-Renewal

• Your BVGT Pro subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Renewal fee is charged to your Apple ID account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of renewal will be disclosed.
• To manage or cancel your subscription, go to your Apple ID Account Settings:

1. Open Settings on your device.
2. Tap your name at the top.
3. Select Subscriptions.
4. Find and choose BVGT.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription to disable auto-renewal.

If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before renewal, your subscription will renew and you will be billed for the next period. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund the current period; you retain Pro access until the end of that billing cycle.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID Account Settings (see Section 5). Canceling stops future auto-renewals but does not immediately deactivate Pro features; they remain active until the end of your paid period.
• Refunds: All subscription purchases and renewals are final. BVGT does not provide refunds, proration credits, or rebates for any unused portion of an active subscription. Requests for refunds must be directed to Apple, subject to Apple's refund policies.

7. Price Changes

• BVGT reserves the right to change subscription pricing at any time.
• If pricing increases, we will notify you before your next billing cycle. You may accept the new price or cancel before the change takes effect. If you do nothing, Apple will charge the new rate after notice has been provided.

8. Feature Availability & Modifications

• BVGT Pro features (unlimited favorites, Always-On display, Watch App access) may be modified, added, or removed at BVGT's discretion.
• Any significant change to Pro features will not affect your existing paid period; you retain all current Pro benefits until that period ends.
• Future functionality—such as the BVGT Watch App—will be delivered to active subscribers when released.

9. Privacy & Data Collection

Use of BVGT Pro features is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share your data. By subscribing, you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your purchase of BVGT Pro are governed by the laws of Germany. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in Berlin, Germany.
